Free Summer Concerts in Manhattan Village are back! Join us in the Plaza every Thursday night from 6pm – 8pm starting July 6 – August 31 for a fantastic night out.
Grab a bite to eat before the concert or dine al fresco with your favorite MV restaurants in The Plaza. Visit Mercado in the new summer concert Cocktail Garden. Take a selfie with your besties at our stunning Selfie Station. Beach blankets and chairs encouraged. South Coast Botanic Garden Sunset Series

Thirsty Thursdays are getting better this Summer! Come join us for the second season of our Sunset Series, a weekly event that brings the Garden to life after hours on Thursdays from 5:30 to 8 p.m. starting May 25!
After a sold-out series last year, our Sunset Series is heading back! Guests can roam our 87 acres or hang out at Dottie’s, our new food and beverage concessions station near the Living Wall, where they can sip on a cocktail or grab a bite to eat while enjoying the Garden’s natural beauty, yard games and music. The young at heart will be entertained in our Kids’ Zone by the fun and energetic Ms. Allison – think parachutes, obstacle courses, lawn bowling, bubbles and more! While we provide the fun, parents still provide the supervision.* And, of course, the cherry on top is each week’s musical performance (see line up below). The musicians will do two 45-minute sets.
NEW FOR 2023: Want an exclusive experience? Buy a VIP ticket and get premium seating area (still bring a blanket or lawn chair), access to the VIP bar, one free non-alcoholic Butterfly Palmer per ticketholder, unlimited access to SOAR – Tropical Butterflies throughout the night and early entry into the Garden (5 p.m. rather than 5:30 p.m.).
This is truly an event for all, and we invite you to come and make the night yours!
*Parents are asked to chaperone their child at all times. Children under 3 must be accompanied inside the play area at all times. Also please note, no outside food and beverage will be allowed during our Sunset Series.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics, then sit back and relax to the sounds of summer! Seating is first come, first served! Concerts in the Park are free and well attended; early arrival to obtain prime lawn seating is encouraged. Concert goers are asked to leave pets at home. Use low backed chairs to minimize visibility issues behind you. Don’t block the aisles. Be courteous to others. No smoking in the park. Watch your children, keep them off the stage and the stage apron. Climbing the trees in the park is not permitted. Place your trash in the bins throughout the park. NO– pets, barbecues, skateboards, scooters, or roller blades are allowed in the park. Concert staff and security are not responsible for unattended chairs blankets and other picnic items. Please do not remove items (chairs, blankets, etc.) that do not belong to you.
Parking: Please note parking can be difficult around the park during the concert series. Carpooling, walking and use of taxi/rideshare is encouraged. All handicap parking will be at Begg Pool parking lot and there will be a rideshare/taxi pick-up and drop-off area on Manhattan Beach Boulevard.

El Segundo Summer Concert Series at Library Park
SUNDAYS | JUNE-AUGUST | 4pm-7pm
The concert starts at 4:30pm in Library Park with food trucks lining up at 4:00pm. Bring an appetite and get ready to get your groove on!
Kids crafts, games, and giveaways will be available in the Gazebo starting at 4:00pm. Blankets can be placed in the Park after 1:00pm. Chairs are allowed but no glass containers or plastic tarps please. Dogs are welcomed but must be on a leash.
All ages are welcome to come and enjoy afternoons of great entertainment!
